CADA Housing Choice Voucher Program PHA Annual Plan

Information For Tenants

CADA administers The Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP) which is a federally funded program that assists the very low-income families, the elderly, and the disabled with affordable decent, safe, and sanitary housing in the private market.

The Housing Choice Voucher Program not only provides rental assistance -- it is and can be a rewarding program for enthusiastic participants who are interested in achieving homeownership. CADA offers the HCVP program participant an opportunity to become self-sufficient for those who are self-motivated and determine to their very own a home while participating in the program.

For families that are interested in applying, our waiting list, unfortunately, is closed at this time, however, our agency will make a public announcement in the local newspaper that will provide the date and time of the opening of the waitlist.
