FATHERS IN FOCUS NETWORK— A program designed to promote responsible fatherhood, strengthen families and enhance nurturing environments for children. Case management, community services, educational assistance, workshops, supportive services and referrals to job training and placement are available.  Designed primarily for fathers (or those in fatherhood roles), ages 16 to 30, but all ages and genders are welcome.  Contact Montre Freeman at 252-537-1111 if you live in Halifax or Northampton; contact Richard Chadwick at 252-332-2692 if you live in Bertie or Hertford.   

 
PARENTS AS TEACHERS - This program is designed to give parents the information and support needed to give their children the best start in life by offering timely information on a child’s development and ways to encourage learning through play.  This service is available in Hertford County and at the Gaston Public Housing Authority.  Contact Pamela Faison at 252-332-2692 for more information.  
 
 
FAMILIES IN FOCUS - Provides intensive home-based services to families who have children that are at risk of removal from the home.  This service is available to the residents of Halifax and Northampton Counties.  Contact Deborah Tucker at 252-537-1111 for more information.
